Behind the Server:
Why We Started This

Because server-side debugging shouldn't make you want to throw your hardware out the window.

The Story

Every systems administrator, DevOps engineer, and web developer has been there: a configuration compiles perfectly locally, but the second it deploys to a staging or production server, everything crashes. You search the error message only to find outdated forum posts or superficial tutorials that tell you to "restart the service."

We built ButItWorkedLocal.com to be the reference directory we wished we had during late-night server outages. No marketing fluff, no SEO filler, and no lengthy introductions. Just direct, verified, and copy-paste-ready solutions for Linux, Docker, Nginx, databases, and DNS configurations.
